Just a few more days left of an extraordinary year! A year that we collectively adapted and adjusted, creating new and innovative concepts to move Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning robotics forward.
It was a year that we -like many- discovered the power of virtual communication. We were successfully able to host numerous virtual events, including the new Virtual Showcase Series, Virtual Roadshows in three regions, many webinars including the first-ever webinar for the South American region, and the Global IMC week held in mid-December. Our participation numbers for all events increased significantly, a clear sign that industry professionals recognize the value in connecting and collaborating with one another.
Looking forward, we will continue to investigate and find the smartest and most efficient ways to accelerate the Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning Robotics markets. Although we will still face many challenges related to COVID-19 and the low oil price, we see many opportunities on the horizon: growth in the availability of and the demand for robotic solutions, building a network to create better access to funding for our industry, the role of the energy transition, and exploring other industry sectors to gain synergy.
