The SPRINT Robotics World Conference 2024 concluded its first day with a spectacular awards ceremony, honoring the pioneers and innovators shaping the future of inspection and maintenance robotics. Held in the historic city of Antwerp, Belgium, the event brought together industry leaders, experts, and enthusiasts to celebrate the advancements in this rapidly evolving field.

The awards ceremony recognized excellence in various categories, including groundbreaking collaborative work, scaling robotic solutions, and innovative technologies. Among the notable winners were:

 

SPRINT Robotics Award for Groundbreaking Collaborative Work:

    • Second Place: Drone Deploy
    • Third Place: Net Zero Technology Centre

 

SPRINT Robotics Award for Scaling of a Robotic Solution:

    • First Place: Energy Robotics
    • Second Place: Falcker

 

SPRINT Robotics Award for New Innovative Technology in Inspection, Maintenance, or Cleaning:

    • First Place: Flyability
    • Second Place: Valkim Technologies
    • Third Place: Drone Deploy

 

The event was hosted by General Manager Peter Voorhans and newly appointed Chairman of the Board of SPRINT Robotics, Mauricio Calva. Their insightful commentary, entertaining banter and engaging presentations further enriched the experience for all attendees.
