Speaker 1: Mr. Yee Lee – Senior Vice President, Cascadia Capital

Yee is a Senior Vice President at Cascadia Capital and splits his time within the firm’s Energy & Applied Technology and Robotics, Automation & Artificial Intelligence practice groups. Across these two practices, Yee has a particular focus in the Internet of Things (IoT) and advises emerging technology companies in mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations and private placements.
Prior to Cascadia, Yee worked within the M&A group of Duff & Phelps and the investment banking division at Wells Fargo Securities.
Yee holds a degree from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston where he graduated magna cum laude and is registered with FINRA, holding a Series 79 and 63 licenses.
Speaker 2: Mr. Adeeb Asfari – Partner, Energy Growth Momentum

Adeeb is a growth capital investor, investing in high-growth private companies in the energy sector. He is a founding member of Energy Growth Momentum LLP and holds several non-executive roles in operating companies.
Prior to EGM, Adeeb worked at Simmons & Company and First Reserve.
Adeeb holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
