World Robot Summit |
The SPRINT Robotics Collaborative is helping to accelerate the rapid development of Inspection & Maintenance Robotics around the world. The webinar “Enabling New Opportunities for the Global Inspection & Maintenance Robotics Industry” gives Japanese industry professionals the chance to engage with the existing local Inspection & Maintenance Robotics ecosystem and explore how to collaboratively further develop this community.
A 3-hour event, the webinar will be opened by the SPRINT Robotics Chairman and the Japanese local counterpart, and will feature prominent technical speakers from companies and institutions active in robotic activities in Japan.
The program includes End User use cases from BASF, Saudi Aramco and ENEOS Japan; and presentations by Technology Provider/Practitioners will be given by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the World Robotic Summit.
As an internationally recognized platform for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics, SPRINT Robotics excels in bringing together the whole value chain, from asset owners and operators to technology and service providers. By aligning the whole value chain, rapid progress can be made to drive real world
deployment and application of robotics for Inspection & Maintenance.

SprintRobotics (スプリントロボティクス）は、オイル＆ガスおよび 次世代エネルギーに関わる様々な設備や、社会インフラ設備の維持管理保守業務において、ロボットおよびデジタル技術の実用促進に向けて発足した、産業界主導のグローバルNGOです。2015年欧州発足以 降、その活動を、北米、東南アジア、南米と、全世界規模に拡大して きました。施設規模の大小に関わらず、圧力容器やプロセス配管など の設備維持管理産業における、ロボティクスやAI技術の実導入に関す る知見共有の機会、および更なる産業促進の場を提供しています。

The SPRINT Robotics Collaborative is a global, not-for-profit, industry-driven organization which focuses on the development, availability and application of robotics techniques in technical inspections and maintenance of capital-intensive infrastructure. Founded in 2015, it has developed into a strong organization with a strong support base of more than 90 organizations globally. It has become the internationally recognized platform for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics, primarily for the Petrochemical Industry. One major focus of SPRINT Robotics is to engage and bring together the whole value chain, from end users to service and technology providers.
