The SPRINT Robotics European Chapter organizes a Trip to Darmstadt (Germany) on December 12th and 13th, 2023. Join us and immerse yourself in the vibrant ‘City of Science’. This event is for SPRINT Robotics Members only and offers an exciting two-day program with visits to Energy Robotics, TU Darmstadt, the Hessian.AI institute and Shell Rheinland, including a European Chapter Meeting and a Networking Dinner. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the world of science and technology in Darmstadt. Registration for this event is mandatory,

Due to overwhelming response from SPRINT Robotics members, registration is now closed. 

Darmstadt is also home to several SPRINT Robotics member companies, such as Energy Robotics and TU Darmstadt.

DAY 1: December 12th, Tuesday: 011:45h – 19:00h. Followed by the SREU Chapter Dinner.

11:45 – 12:30 Doors open & lunch
12:30 – 12:45 Welcome by SR
12:45 – 14:00 Energy Robotics Presentation
14:00 – 15:00 SREU Chapter Meeting
15:00 – 15:30 Travel to TU Darmstadt / Hessian.AI
15:30 – 18:30 Visit to TU Darmstadt/Hessian.AI
18:30 – 18:45 Walk from TU Darmstadt to Sitte Restaurant
19:00 – 22:00 SREU Chapter Dinner at Sitte Restaurant
22:00 – 22:20 Travel back to Maritim Darmstadt Hotel

DAY 2: December 13th, Wednesday: 08:30h – 16:30h
9:00 – 12:00 Depart by bus from Maritim Hotel and drive to Shell Rheinland
12:00 – 13:00 Arrival and registration followed by security briefing
Lunch to be hosted by Shell Rheinland.
13:00 – 14:30 Live demo of the DIAB in tank field and presentation of Shell Rheinland Experience
14:30 – 14:45 Presentation about Shell Rheinland and their transformation journey
14:45 – 15:15 Ground robots demo Shell Pernis
15:15 – 16:30 Open Discussion: Deployment, issues and learnings by Energy Robotics and Shell / How to get more companies in Robotics field by SR
16:30 – 17:00 Departure options to Bonn Central Station & Frankfurt Airport & Darmstadt
